The badI noticed how light the oven was unloading it compared to my old oven. I found loose screws in the bottom of the box-never found out where they came from. The sheet metal is very thin, the side panels are paper thin. The LP gas kit needs to be ordered separately so plan on an extra week waiting on it. Customer service is slow to respond. While installing the LP kit I found several stripped holes from the factory. The heat vent at the back lets heat concentrate in one spot so it heats your wall to the point of worry about a fire-I ended up putting a stainless plate on my wall for safety.
