This Range is Amazing. Very sturdy and powerful. The stainless steel is of high quality. The cast iron grates are heavy and very well built. The stainless steel is not thin like one review said and you do not need a flashlight to see the baking temp like another review stated. The range is very well built and a good size for your bucks. Cooks just like a Viking with a gorgeous flame. Make sure you condition the oven by heating the oven on the highest temperature before use for 30 min to burn off any manufacturing residue and you get the best results from the start. very disappointed that the oven ignitor only lasted 27 months tech. dept was only very limited in helping, asked for part numbers was left to fend myself. parts listed on web site vague and extremely limited in selection. diagrams provided very difficult to read and make out plus no prices. stove performs well very satisfied. video's available are excellent however some parts are very hard to fine, parts section on web side needs to be improved drastically. This piece is gorgeous and functional. It has been a while since cooking on a gas stove and it is so much easier. This Cosmo Range is a tank! So far really happy with it. It’s the centerpiece of my newly remodeled kitchen. The range arrived by truck delivery service. The pallet it was on had one of the feet sheared off so it was a little precarious and had to be shimmed to stay level. Upon removing all the shrink wrap and cardboard, the range emerged undamaged and in perfect condition. Install was very simple. One thing to know is this range requires a 110v outlet. It spent two months in XPO's warehouse in Massachusetts.The delivery date was changed 4 times by XPO always with less than 24 hours notice. Every time they did it the tracking info said " delivery date changed at customer's request" which was infuriating because it was not true.
