    I researched for several months and ordered this. And spent several hours/days regretting buying this. I’m an appliance expert so please hear my detailed thoughts on this:Who is this product for? It’s for builders to directly install on new homes. It’s not for regular users meaning to do-it-yourself (DIY).Why is it not do-it-yourself? They don’t have any instructions for how to install. They have a two page brochure for how to stick a stupid logo but they have one line instruction for installation. The installation instruction is “hang it under the cabinet”. That’s it.Installation procedure is

    Great quality fan. Compact but powerful.

    Exceeded our expectations. Simple look does not distract from rest of kitchen, it’s quiet, and sucks like a Hoover.If this can’t pull the smoke out, you may need a fire extinguisher.

    Nice but a nightmare to install

    Poor installation instructions and hardware. Recommend using washers on both sides of the hanger bolts. Took way too much time / physical effort / cursing to get in. Also best done with 2 humans!

    Bad product

    We bought the range hood during Christmas sales but was not able to install it until three months later due to issues with the contractor. Turned on the hood 2xs for ~3 secs test during the install, it sounded ok. One week later when we actually use the range hood, the loud sound of the metal to metal started. We contacted CS at Cosmo and they said the problem will get resolved in 24 hrs, 48 hrs later no one respond back. Called them again few more times and then they said that this is a very common problem with motor of their range hood, and they'll send us the new motors to replace and a lin

    The hood it great but you can't change the color from 24 hr to 12 hours

    It sucks you can not change the clock to 12 hours in stead of 24 their is no way to do this 😕😞☹️😢

    Great Hood Fan

    We were pleasantly surprised when we ordered this hood fan. It wasn’t difficult to install and works quite effectively. Plus side is that it doesn’t take up a lot of space. Money was worth spent.
