I’ve had this since May. It’s fine but it does seem to be more difficult to get the touch buttons to respond. Fingers crossed. I will say the installation was amazing. The installer made sure everything was ready to go and he took his time to make sure everything was working properly.
I absolutely love this Samsung 6.3 Cu. Ft. Smart Freestanding Electric Range! It looks beautiful in my kitchen and has exceeded my expectations. The burners heat up quickly, the oven cooks evenly, and the large capacity makes it easy to prepare meals for the whole family. I also appreciate the smart features and how easy it is to use and clean. Everything from baking to everyday cooking comes out perfectly. Overall, this is a high-quality stove that combines performance, convenience, and a sleek modern design. Let's not forget it's air fryer feature. Amazing!!! I highly recommend it!

An oven should NOT cause frustration! After purchase, I've now found numerous reviews NOT on Amazon that have been around for YEARS! But Samsung refuses to address them and try to improve the product?!?!?We bought a Model #NE63A6511SS/AA... The push buttons on the control panel don't work. You have to press buttons on the control panel numerous times (or press and hold them for various lengths of time that seem to change each time for no reason) to get them to work?!?!? .. timer, bake, turn off timer. Very frustrating oven. The buttons should just WORK!I would NEVER recommend anyone buy a Sams

Has smart controls and work perfectly
The burners take a while to heat up....I have not tried the airforce but the oven works.
After installation of the stove, I was delighted to find all buttons ease of use and the nice sounds it makes when timers are set. It gets up to temp quickly and the oven is a Convection oven which means all your food will be evenly cooked. Very nice. Looking forward to many years of service with this Stove. Highly recommend purchase.
