    Works As Expected

    Longevity is the hallmark of a good kitchen appliance so it's tough to give a rating. It does work well and looks good. Came from the shipper with a few minor dents but the seller made a price adjustment I could live with.

    Stainless steel doors fade - Samsung does not respond

    I purchase my Samsung 30 cu. ft Bespoke French Door Refrigerator a year ago at Costco.com and before its first year after I purchased it, the stainless steel doors started to fade in different areas and rust started to appear on the side of the doors. In addition, the main glass shelf which has a design started to show spots as well. After calling Costco Technical and Warranty Services, because the product has a two year warranty, they calles Samsung and they said that because it was a "cosmetic" issue they are not responsible for that. Neither is Costco. I am stuck for the rest of its life wi

    NEVER EVER buy a Samsung Refrigerator they are known to be faulty, countless discussions online about ice makers breaking and fridges not maintaining a safe temperature. Our fridge won’t go below 50 degrees, Samsung refuses to take responsibility for their poor product despite having the highest volume of complaints and mechanical issues in the market. Garbage.
