Please, for the love of your sanity, do NOT buy any LG refrigerator product.It will break.They will not fix it.They will not replace it.They will give you a refund...after months of escalations to supervisors, after multiple back and forths with texts and sending pictures...then you get a depreciated monetary value of your frig.In conclusion...don't ever buy an LG product, ever.

This is a wonderful refrigerator from LG. I love having the freezer drawer style. Stays nice and cold and stores a lot of food into my counter depth space. I do think the ice and water could be faster - I wish the water had a button and ice separate button. We never run out if ice however having the extra inter ice storage in the freezer drawer.

Terrible refrigerator and even worse customer service! Refrigerator worked for less than 2 months. After 2 more months, 3 service calls, endless hours with LG chat support, we are still without a working refrigerator/freezer. It takes weeks between service calls, they never have the right parts, the fridge is a lemon and they won't replace it. Avoid LG at all costs!!

Unfortunately there are no NEGATIVE stars. I was always a HUGE fan of LG, even back to the Lucky Gold days, BUT!! LG has GONE TO THE DOGS!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. My refrigerator lasted 2yrs and 2 months before BOTH ice makers died AND the compressor started throwing "codes"
