The freezer in the bottom drawer does not work. We have it about 2 weeks and this morning in bottom there was still liquid.

December 2016, we bought an LG refrigerator model LMXS30776D serial# 609krwz0e761 top of the line top rated by consumers report. Four years later this refrigerator is irreparable. Compressor is bad and a copper tube has a freon leak that is embedded and cannot be replaced. Lg technician cut all the lines and left us a dead Lg refrigerator. All are failing for this reason and have a class action suit against them. I did not purchase this unit from this retailer. However, you should know, this refrigerator was delivered to our home in January 2021. Two weeks after install, the ice maker in the door stopped emptying automatically. I pray you never have to deal with LG customer service. After hours on the phone, we were confirmed a service appointment three weeks from the time of the call. When the third party technician showed up, he basically confirmed that the ice maker was bad and had to order one. Nothing was resolved. Another week went by and the ice maker was switched out. We bought this top of the line LG refrigerator for Christmas 2020 at Home Depot. It was delivered on Dec 26. It lasted exactly one month. By the end of January 2021 it was no longer making ice and quickly lost all refrigeration within a week. It was quite the task to get LG to take responsibility for it but with persistence I was able to get them to issue a refund for the full purchase price. STAY AWAY from this refrigerator. They are using some kind of new coolant, refrigerant in it. I had the same problem as is described by these other reviewers. The compressor springs a leak, it stops makin
