When I received this range, one of the grates was broken. I called the company and they shipped another grate out to me no questions asked. Unfortunately when the replacement came it was also broken. It turns out the company was now out of stock and didn't have another grate to send me. They were able to source another grate from a Warehouse that had a freight damaged range and they sent it out by Air freight. Their customer service is absolutely fantastic. While I don't usually give 5 stars. Pros: This was received in a timely manner, the third party delivery service was professional. The packaging for shipping was superior to anything I've previously received. The range was as advertised, all necessary parts were included (I needed to do the LPG conversion) which the directions were easy to follow. After installation the range works as expected, nice aesthetics & should be easy cleaning due to simplicity and clean lines.Cons: A couple of minor scratches on the casing and after review should be able to polish out. The stove is beautiful, but is a gas oven and has to get a thersmostat, because the temp was 25 degrees off, everything else works great.

Beautiful stove, perfectly sized, but cooling fan (for the electronics above the oven) needed to be fixed from the start. First time we used the oven, a horrendous rattling noise started up after several minutes. Come to find out, loose wiring was rattling on the fan blades like a playing card on bicycle spokes, but it took sending a tech to replace the cooling fan to discover. The stove makes a loud humming noise and rattles when it preheats over 350 degrees. I’m unable to locate seller or manufacturer contact that will respond.

So far so good ,, excellent burners everything as advertised so much better than a touchscreen backboard that gets destroyed with heat after time ,,( Samsung ) mentioning no names ,, I went through 2 electronic boards and melted burner knobs ,,,,,Rangair uses all manual knobs to operate the different functions not much to go wrong which is why I decided to buy it very happy

I had to get a new oven before Thanksgiving and was shocked to see no one had reviewed this exact oven. I searched the web for days and found 0 for the 36” so I had to take a chance that it would be delivered without damage, work well and last for years. I can attest to the first 2: arrived perfect and worked amazingly well for a turkey and all the sides. I hope it has longevity but so far it’s a fantastic range. I can’t stop admiring it! The temperature gauge for the oven is on the bottom. You have scoot down to set the temp. The oven isn't as accurate as we were hoping. The knots also turn on too easily. In a small kitchen we have brushed by and turned it on accidentally. The build quality is very good.
