Very secure shipping packaging ...there was no damage. Unit is well made and of sturdy construction. Installation manual in one area did not match with the installed part namely the Gas pressure regulator. Converting from natural gas to Liquid propane was not illustrated correctly and was a different unit shown than the one supplied. A call to tech support although easily reached and friendly offered no help only requesting I supply "proof or purchase" ??? I even sent pictures. The oven looks good but the unit showed up with the counter weight broken off and the back of the oven was dented in. I didn’t have time to return it so I had to repair it on site.

We had been looking for a 24 inch good quality range. There are a lot of ugly models offered in this size range but this is the exception for the price. The 24 inch range market is limited and expensive. This range was better than expected. I was leery to order a major appliance on the web but I know Amazon has excellent customer service and with Prime there is little worry.Our kitchen is getting a makeover, not remodel, so I did not want to replace the cabinets to allow for a larger stove. It’s nice looking but it looks smaller than I thought I would be and it’s all bent up on the left side towards the back of stove.

I was nervous about having an appliance shipped to me but it came very well packaged and in perfect condition. I think it maybe took me about a half hour just to unpack it! It seems very well made. I had to convert it to LP gas and now that I've done that the next one will go faster. Changing the top injectors was easy using a 7mm socket with an extension. Just wobble up a piece of masking tape into the socket and the injector will stick to it when you do the small burner. Once you master taking off the oven door I recommend changing the top broiler burner first and then do the lower oven burn

The oven door was affixed crooked. It makes a large click sound and jolts like it is hitting something when it is just about closed. It is obvious that the door is askew from the way the glass window touches the frame of the door. The oven window is straight but the frame of the door is crooked. Too many negative review comments of different features make this product suspect. .And the stainless steel sides are as thin as paper. Very tinny product. "Light weight." Would not have bought if I saw the product.

My wife and I live full-time in a large 5th-wheel RV. So, our stove was made for RVs and wasn't up to snuff. I decided to buy this stove because it would fit in our space, and I'm glad we did. So far, it meets all expectations. It is a little pricey, but I'm glad I spent the money on it. All in all, I'm very satisfied with it.
