I bought this for my fire stick because it was behind the t.v and my router is a room away and sometimes the stream will buffer and freeze so we bought this just to try anything and to my surprise it actually worked. We have satellite internet so nothing will make it seem like high-speed but with satellite internet anything that can help the signal is worth it and I can guarantee if you're having any kind of freezes or buffering every so often this will certainly help.

The title “Signal Booster” is a bit misleading, as this is actually an extension cord that allows you to move your fire stick out from the back of the tv somewhat, thus allowing it to pick up the WiFi Signal a little better. I had a horrible time with Showtime buffering a lot, like every 4 to 8 seconds. What a crazy way to watch Shamelss or L Word. Takes almost twice as long as the actual run time to watch the show. It actually works. The cable is long which brings the firestick from behind the tv so it can receive a direct signal from your Wi-Fi

Purchased to enhance WiFi signal and so far it doesn’t work as well as expected. The cord is plenty long to put anywhere to get signal however, it doesn’t pick up signal any better. Router and extender are within range and it states the signal is excellent but still doesn’t pick up sometimes.

Well I used the cable for my firestick to move it away from my tv it works great now I used it about two hours last night super happy now. I was in a band for a long time and found out that cables mean everything in your sound. .

I bought 4 firesticks for and bought 4 of these "WiFi Signal Booster for Faster Streaming" things. They do NOT BOOST anything!! It is simply an extention for firestick cord. If i coluld give it less than one star I would. Completely false advertisment. And to top it off when I tried to return them they "are not eligible for return". I only opened one of them (gently) and the other 3 are still sealed. Why can't I return these? not good business :( I LOVE amazon but this is not cool.
