Both the batteries went out within the 1st week. Not sure why, but they just flash red after using them for maybe 1 consecutive hour.

Love these. Best power tools Ive owned among Craftsman, Makita, and even DeWalt. At 24V, lots of power, batteries last surprisingly long and charge quite fast, drill & driver relatively lightweight for ease of 1 hand use.
