I needed to widen an opening in my cabinet for a bigger fridge and this did great! Very pleased with the saw at a very reasonable price.

I got this to cut off the edges of some installed trim molding to put in a new floor without removing all the molding around doorways. This tool is amazing. I was able to do what I needed to, but ran into a problem that my doors couldn't clear the new flooring. This tool let me trim off 3/4 of an inch neatly from the bottom of both doors and saved my project! I would say definitely wear ear protection. It's very loud! It makes a mess with saw dust and goes through saw blades quickly, but replacements aren't too expensive. I bought 50 in bulk on Amazon and I think it was about $1 a saw blade. N

I got this a few months ago, but only just now had a chance to use it. I'm glad I bought it! For under $40, it seems to be a great light duty tool. I would get a different tool if I was in construction, but for around home odd jobs it did great! I wasn't sure if it would cut out this old wall frame 2x4, but with enough patience, it did great! I did need to retighten the blade about 4-6 times, though, which was easy to do with the included allen wrench. I don't know why it kept loosening. That's why I knocked off a star. For me, noise canceling headphones was a must when working with this tool

Love this tool! Cuts through a lot of stuff

I've never owned one of these, so I have no idea if this is a good example of this product other than it seems to work properly. What I do know is this is the handiest little thing I've ever owned. I don't need it much, but when I need it, I NEED IT. I've used it to cut sheetrock, wood, and even trim parts of a vinyl window so I could fit an air conditioner in it that I didn't measure for properly before buying.I've used this thing for maybe 3 or 4 little projects around the house and it's already paid for itself. Get one. And if you're not sure about it, GET THIS ONE for the price. You'll see
