In August 2020, I bought the first version of this soundbar named "JBL Bar 2.1". That was during the COVID lockdown as I was working from home _which is a rented house. Fast forward 2022, I was able to save enough money to buy a house located two hours away from my workplace _as my weekend getaway. I still kept the rental house though, because it was only 3 miles from my workplace.For my new house, I bought a brand new 55" TV. JBL delivers a quality system at this very affordable price level. I reluctantly had to replace an old Bose Lifestyle system that had given up the ghost. The Bose system sounded really good most of the time, but believe it or not, the JBL soundbar with the wireless subwoofer pumps out a more impressive bass response. I’m very pleased with this purchase. if you’re looking for good sound, ease of set up, and a clean, no frills system, this is the product for you.

How this speaker has so many stars and good reviews I must have a busted speaker.I bought this speaker because I was using a 9 year old LG 2.1 with 280 watts. The lg soundbar actually can break into 2 left and right. The right one went out a few years ago. So I was using half a sound bar and a 6" tiny sub compared to this one. I ordered these speakers on a Sunday afternoon. It was suppose to be delivered on a Thursday. Received an e-mail on Friday morning tell me it will be 4p 6p . That did not happen. Saturday morning, checked e-mail. Package arrived about 5:30p.m. I was not happy. I unboxed Sunday morning. This is one of my favorite purchases this year. The soundbar was easy to mount and connect to the TV. The sound is incredible. It is a great value and if I ever need another soundbar, I'd gladly purchase this again.

The system is the best. The sound and base are all that. I used it for my backyard party and it was well heard, so much that my neighbor called the police for noise disturbance.
