So yummy! I was really hopeful to like this perfume because I have Candy (hot pink) and Tous (yellow) and are huge fans of both! They last incredibly long, do NOT smell cheap in the slightest, and are super affordable for the size (3.4 fl oz)! Elixir smells just like the description! Sweet but fruity & creamy also, complex and sophisticated! Recommend for the ladies that like to smell like an expensive dessert! Thank you Lattafa for always delivering quality fragrances (especially the Yara line)!

This perfume blew me away. I read the reviews but I wasn't sure if I believed them. I haven't loved the other Yara perfumes but this is in a lane all its own. It reminds me of Yum Bougie & Marshmallow Blush but slightly different but similar. However, this lasts longer and I don't go nose-blind to this like I do with Marshmallow Blush. Lattafa Yara Elixir is my favorite edition of Yara. It smells so deliciously gourmand and creamy.It starts off reminding me of strawberry milk made with Nesquik syrup, but it quickly settles into a more high quality, fresh, ripe strawberry blended into creamy vanilla ice cream, next to a pile of pillowy, soft marshmallows. I was so impressed with this yara perfume. Although everyone has the other yara ones, I haven’t bought one at all. Now this one I bought it for my friend for her birthday and omg I smelled it the day it came in and it surprised me. It’s such a beautiful and unique smell. She wore it one day and I could smell her as she was walking and she loved it too, so that’s a plus.

I like Yara Candy and the light pink better. This one doesn't last as long and isn't as strong. Which is really down to preference at the end of the day so that's a hard thing to rate for other people. It smells good. Was a blind buy. I haven't found a Yara perfume that I didn't like and that I wasn't willing to wear. Just which one I like better.

I want to start with, the yara original is my go to scent, I wear it daily almost. So when I seen an elixir had came out, I was SUPER excited. I was expecting it to smell very similar.The first thing about the frangrances from this brand is that the bottles are pretty heavy for being on the cheaper side, the weight gives it kind of an expensive feel which is great when you’re balling on a budget. I have the original Yara. She is soft, sweet, and very very feminine. She’s not something you grab for when you want to ‘make a statement’, she’s more tender and is a reminder to be gentle and at ease. This version - Yara Elixir is more of a classy lady out for dinner, more silk on the skin at 8pm, more open all my doors and pull out my chair, cut up my steak and feed it to me. lol.
