Been using this for about a year now and have been mostly very happy with it. The holder securely fastened to my car's vent and has never needed to be retightened. I appreciate being able to flip my phone from vertical to horizontal without having to remove it, although this does require some fiddling to get the right pressure on the ball joint so it's movable but not so loose it just flops over. My only real complaint is that the included ring that I attached to my cell phone case is almost too strong. Great item that is very easy to install on vent clip. Very strong magnet! Pleased so far. Also comes with piece to attach to dash, but for my needs, I utilized the vent clip. Seems very durable and easily adjustable to how you want the phone positioned.
