The camera came with a few extra items to make the camera wearable on neck or arm, even came with stickers to personalize the camera all I had to do was plug it in charge it connected to the Wi-Fi and my daughter was ready to go. It’s made strong so that when she drops it, it doesn’t break and pictures are very clear even has a lot of options that adult cameras have my daughter and I both love this camera.

This camera is easy to use for my granddaughter. Simple setup, download app and connect to wifi, and I have control from my phone for whatever she uses it for. Makes it safe and reassuring that I can keep her safe while being able to connect socially to family and friends. I've watched her drop it numerous times because she is a child and no damage whatsoever. Fantastic feeling for sure. She's shows it off to everyone and anyone. The stickers are her favorite part so she can customize all the photos she takes. Great beginner camera for any child ages 2 and up. I am very impressed and satisfied

Biggest issue: crappy software system and useless tech support!My daughter accidentally changed the language settings to Russian. After that, the settings menu can no longer be accessible. As long as you click on the settings button(gear icon), the camera system crashes and restarted.The tech support is useless and can only forward the issue to China where the developers for the camera system is located. They simply could not restore the system and never replied afterwards.Also, even when the system functions, the camera response / latency is too high(one or two seconds) when taking a picture.
