8/17/26Just a short update. I am still liking this soundbar and definitely saved me from buying a new T.V. I think I neglected to mention that I can use my Firecube remote for the volume instead of the remote that came with the speaker. I have seen some bad reviews since submitting my first review. For my experience this is a great little speaker, so far.7/10/26 - I just received my sound bar, set it up and wanted to do this review while it was still on my mind. If you have an Amazon Smart TV, this model doesn't show whether it has an updated version. It's hard to sync with the TV, but the Bluetooth and the optical cable work well. The sound is amazing with either one, but you have more control with the optical cable. The black sleek design is great. Nothing I can say about the remote control; it's a remote thats it. I am only giving 4 out of 5 stars because of the connectivity. But everything else is 5 stars for watching movies on Netflix, Disney, and HBO MAX

Great little sound bar. I don't need theatre surround sound, just better than the tinny speakers on my office TV. Easy to set up once I had the right settings which took some tweaking, just follow the directions.

I can finally have the television volume at a normal level. I never understood why they put the speakers in the back of the TV. I was tired of the sound being louder in the rest of the house than for those facing the television.It doesn't have to be loud to be heard. It can be set to the correct volume for those watching while not booming to the rest of the house. This is an inexpensive sound bar and so to expect it sound like a top end unit is unrealistic. It is supposed to have four speakers and two bass reflex ports but obviously the speakers can only be so big in a compact unit and the sound quality is negatively impacted by that. I purchased this soundbar to improve the anbysmal audio on my bedroom monitor I use for TV and gaming. Here is my take on how it performs in a smaller living space.Pros:Size: It’s impressively small (under 12 inches), so it fits perfectly under the my monitor stand without interfering with the IR sensor. It also significantly improves voice clarity, which is a massive upgrade over my tinny default.Connectivity: The Bluetooth connection is stable and I haven't experienced any dropouts using it exclusively on Bluetooth. I wasn't expecting too much from this small sound bar but it sounds surprisingly good. The bass is better than I thought it would be. I'm using it for an older bedroom tv with a Roku. It's connected via the Aux input through a DAC and still sounds great.I can't control the volume with either the Roku or TV remote, but the included sound bar remote won't control the TV functions. However, the company offered to send me a different remote that works with Roku so now I can access all functions with a single remote. That is exceptional customer service and deserves 5 Stars even beyond the quality
