I totally disagree with the negative reviews I've had Samsung for decades This is an excellent television beautiful picture and if you're older you might need a sound bar because you're not going to get a $5,000 sound system on $144 TV now this lagging that you speak of that's not lagging for years starting in 2015 Samsung when it changes apps does a blackout on your screen for any activity that blackout is from 1 to 4 seconds I do agree the remote is a pain in the ass cuz the buttons are little but to resolve that you can simply for 15 bucks go on Amazon and replace it with a larger remote

Really good deal. All the features you can want. Great picture, great sound. Easy to setup. But if you install on a wall hanger you need to purchase screws separately

I needed a TV in my reading room to have my Apple Music play in the background with the lyrics on screen for ~vibes~. I did not realize that the Apple Music app cannot be downloaded on firesticks nor on all smart TVs. Third time is the charm and this Samsung TV saved my sanity. It was a good price for what I was using it for. Picture quality and sound quality is very standard - nothing to write home about. It does have a bit of a frustrating lag time on the Home Screen and within apps that I don't think is an issue with internet connectivity. For this reason only I give it 4 stars instead of 5

Bought one a couple of weeks ago. Only challenge was getting it mounted on a stand. That wasn't Samsung's fault. Challenge in getting the right stand and parts. Took a couple of days but I got it all taken care of. The TV itself is great. Very happy with it. Only thing I'd like is more control over what appears on the home screen. Initially the screen was packed with links to soccer games. After a couple of days Samsung's algorithm figured out I wasn't interested in soccer and all that stuff went away.

Somewhat difficult to set up, full of software and apps I have no use for. Decent picture but a slow processor, I thought Samsung would be a step up from the Insignia I replaced but not really.

Bought it for a friend in Jamaica and he loves it. Says the picture quality is very good.

The old TV I had in my sewing room suddenly died on me! I found this one at a great price and my grandson and husband installed it for me. The old one had a glare from the ceiling light, but this one does not, so I am delighted to be able to watch TV while sewing. The picture and sound are very clear and installation was quick and easy.

TV is great. Easy to set up and program. Good picture, good sound. Only reason I am not giving it five stars is that UPS delivered the TV to a CVS store and I could not find it even though it said it had been delivered to my home.
