I love this camera. It is perfect for me. I take a lot of photos and e-mail the photos to friends. The camera is so small that I can easily carry it in my sport jacket pocket. The resolution is subperb. It has an e-mail function. The zoom function takes clear photos at a distance. It is so easy to operate. The price is fair. I use the smart auto function. This is a compact digital camera, with a lot of features for a very reasonable price. It shoots video, and it has built-in Wi-Fi, which allows you to easily share your photos. I read the reviews and was a little hesitant about purchase especially when I fired up the camera following the fast startup instructions and the "language" and other setup options did not appear as indicated in the instructions and the language was stuck in Spanish. I called Customer Service and she was extremely efficient and helpful. This camera has a lot of mega pixels, but unless you and your subject are perfectly still, they're wasted. Impossible to take pictures of children or pets with, I tried several different techniques and settings to no avail, I gave it nearly three weeks before giving up. The camera is high quality and takes excellent pictures. The optical zoom is excellent. However, the device is noticeably slow, often requiring ten seconds before it is able to take the picture. Multiple pictures are very slow.It is perfect for carrying in your pocket or on a belt when travelling as it is small and unobtrusive. The direct download via the Wifi or iPhone is quite handy.
