Really good product for the price. Camera is not the best but won't subtract a star because of it, can probably download an app to enhance the quality and light, but overall I am very satisfied with this purchase.
Definitely would not recommend. I don't even know where to start. Windows 11 wouldn't update because it didn't have the correct processor and "operating system". USB ports were extremely loose. Keyboard kept turning off, forcing a restart. Forget the sound. You would get better sound through tin cans. I contacted my nephew, who was a Geek at Best Buy and now works with large companies repairing their issues and he was confused as to how they had it set-up.I was also frustrated with how slowww it was.I'm not a gamer so I can't imagine using it for anything other than card games. Trying to reset
Just so people know, this computer is made with refurbished parts, there is nothing wrong with that, and it's a nice little PC but the problem we ran into is we didn't dig deep enough into the specs and find out it does not have a graphics card at all, not even a weak one.. I figured it would have enough power to run Minecraft Java bedrock game but it would not let me install it without a graphics card. I wasn't expecting to play AAA titles but I thought all versions of Minecraft would be fine. Nope. Still a nice pc for all other tasks.
So far it has done well but hadn't used it much looks good and appears to work well.
It was easy to set up ,only complaint would be the speakers sound very tinny
Mouse keeps freezing. It keeps repeating same information about registration. Keyboard not very clear
