The computer itself is top notch but beware of the Microsoft Windows 11 Pro that's installed, something wrong with the drivers or programs that run the Camera, you can't take a selfie and transfer it into your picture album on your computer, I've been fighting it now for at least 40 hours, and still haven't come across a solution. The height is adjustable on this unit, where on the Dell desktop that I use the height is not adjustable, the price is reasonable for what you're getting, and the picture is really good, I'm going to need more time operating this desktop in order to see if there are

Mixture of the new Lenovo computer and Windows 11. Arrived quickly, well packaged, and set up was easy. (Even came with a European power cable---as well as one for American outlets!) Easy to create tabs, navigate web sites and store information. Much faster than Windows 10. Monitor is bright and easy on the eyes. Was able to save most previous information (pictures, music etc.) from my old HP computer with the use of an external hard drive. Bought this thinking it would fulfill my need for more RAM. I opened the box to set it up and the computer was missing the ability to connect to WIFI. There was no driver installed. I returned the product as it came and was charged $144 for open box for a piece of crap computer. There is apparently no recourse of this decision as well. Lesson learned, don't ever buy computers on amazon. They will send you something that doesnt work and charge you $144 for nothing.

So far the pc is good, right size. Only thing I didn't like was it came with a wired mouse and keyboard.

It is extremely quick, easy to use and by far the best computer I’ve owned. Just be aware, it comes with a wired mouse and keyboard.

The computer is working, but I encountered an issue trying to register it for warranty coverage with Lenovo. Lenovo shows the serial number as registered on October 7th 2025. Lenovo also shows a ship to location of Tanzania, Africa for the computer that I purchased. I'm guessing that the device was possibly purchased by the reseller, BlueChip Tech. I sent a copy of my Amazon receipt to Lenovo and am waiting to see if they will revise the purchase date to when I bought it. If not, I may return the unit to Amazon for a refund. This was to replace our VERY OLD computer that we had for years!! It's speedy, easy to set up and get started. My husband doesn't like too much tech and he had no problems getting started. Just FYI...there s a tape at the top over the camera and a button to slide to turn your camera on.!! It fooled my husband!! Enjoy yurs!!
