Works great and safety is job #1
Our cats would jump up and turn the knob. We would walk by and bump the knob inadvertently turning the gas on. And there is Dozer my grandson who is just busy. I hated the idea of putting these on our stove. But to my surprise they look great. They are easy to install and can be removed with no damage. They are easy to open, once you learn how to, look great on the stove and the completely eliminate the accidental turning on the gas.
