I recently bought the 65QM6K (Which is also a winner!), and I added two of these to get started on the full 5 speaker setup. I'm using them in the rears, as the TCL tv has great internal speakers (onkyo) on its on. I have to say, I'm amazed that a wireless setup can do such an incredible job, not only with surround in general, but that it decodes ATMOS so well. By comparison, I am migrating from an full out traditional AVR Onkyo ATMOS setup, and the presence and immersive ability of this system makes it seem ancient, technologically speaking. I ordered 1 of these that was a return to test out with my 75QM7K.To my surprise there were 2 speakers in the box, but missing any cables/accessories.Well I pulled some power cables and they setup just fine.My use case is my bedroom, and I set them up on the nightstands by the bed.The TV is now the front/center channels, and these Z100s are the "everything else".They provide enough additional bass that a subwoofer isn't necessary (my spouse tells me to turn it down as is).They envelop the room in sound even though there is much disparity in the setup, as one nightstand is much closer to the ro

The speakers were extremely easy to set up, and they sound good. I got two of them for now and have them on either side of my couch at head height. The bass increase fills the sounds out, and it sounds like my sound experience from my QM7K is more complete.You can adjust the bass and treble levels in the TV if its a little too bassy for your tastes.Unfortunately, I don’t have 2 more speakers to complete the surround experience. Purchased one unit to test out as on their website it mentioned that it would enhance the soundstage of my existing TV 65” QM8K (C8K). Turns out that by connecting the z100 it turns off the built in TV subwoofer resulting in a flat sound. Which is a pity considering that the TV comes with a B&O tuned subwoofer. I think TCL expects their customers to purchase the Z100 subwoofer as well. I hope TCL will fix this or mention this shortcoming in their product description. Not sure if this applies if you have two or more speakers.

I own a 75QM7K bought a little a year ago. I have been very happy with the TV. When I heard about Z100, I jumped on them during its sales over 4th July weekend. My overall experience with them is very positive. Instead of placing them as rear speakers, I use them as front speakers to create a better sound field in my high ceiling family room. Z100 significantly improved mid and low range tones, despite 75GM7K already comes with decent speakers. Z100 makes listening music much more enjoyable .Setup is very easy. Speakers are good but do not replace a center speaker and they need to.solve for this
