I finally got to test this jumper when my battery died and it did not work. My return window had passed so I could not return it. I fully charged it overnight twice and the indicator says it’s fully charged but it doesn’t seem to hold charge. It was defective. I emailed tech support and the company sent me a new one immediately. The new one worked perfectly. I got a defective product at first but the company made up for it by sending a replacement right away. This seems like a very solid jumper that I can keep in my trunk. It looks and feels like it’s very well made.

So I got this because everyone should have one in their vehicles. You never know when you will need a quick jump start and nowadays you dont want to get stranded on the side of the road having to wait for triple A that let's be honest takes 100 years to get to you. Its not to heavy and super easy to use. It comes in charged though I wish it told you how much. I charged it anyways. This puppy took no time to jump start my car. Haven’t used it yet but it powers in recognizes when it’s attached to a battery and the led light is super bright. Has some nice weight to it. One thing I found rather odd was the positive cable is a good 3” longer than the negative cable. The power button is easy to turn on, very little pressure needed to power it up. Would have been better if it had come with a protective case rather than some cheap polyester bag.

This is a great jump starter it starts ur car in minutes you can also use the portable jump starter to charge ur phone ,it charge's the phone fast . The battery is long lasting . Great device overall .
