Update 7/6/26 (Original review on D70 below)Ultimea reached out after this review and offered to replace the second system again with another system. This time they offered to upgrade the D70 with either the D80 or another similar. I accepted and went with the D80.So far the D80 has had no issues and is a great sounding system. That said, the only reason I am changing my review from my initial 1 star to 5 is because of the customer service that was provided by ultimea. At this price point, I was not expecting such quality of product and sound. I'm picky about audio and was very pleased with the sound. It is not like some brands that are "in your face" with a forward sound stage. It is nicely recessed, and this is great for me since I'm using them as computer speakers and sit close to them. Received an opened/used product that had visible wear( scratches, dust, sound bar that wouldn’t turn on when connected to power which is the main blue tooth connector) and unfortunately didn’t notice until I’d already wasted my time setting everything up. I can only recommend this surround sound system based on my friends who have it and it does sound very good but unfortunately my experience wasn’t the best. I do want to try to get another set once this is set right because the price is great for the quality based on movies I’ve watched at my friends house who had the same system.

I was extremely hesitant to purchase this system at first mainly because I had never heard of the company Ultimea. My other sound bar is a Bose, therefore the "bar" was set pretty high (pun intended). I read most of the reviews related to this Ultimea and they were all positive. I decided to take a chance. It arrived in a matter of days, very well packaged which is huge when dealing with sensitive equipment. I was impressed with how they protected the system. Wow! I am impressed, from start to finish. Setup is a breeze (I have never set up sourround sound), the system is extremely intuitive (and good quality) and imediately lets you know with active voice that you are connected. I did watch a quick youtube video for some basic idea before starting but their instructions are pretty clear. 2 speakers connect to soundbar( color coded white and red for left and right, tags on wires indicate L/R fron and same for rear.
