    So far, I have used the cooker twice. The first time, my rice came out perfectly. The second time, I didn't use the measuring cup that came with it, which was a huge mistake! The rice was unevenly cooked, with some portions undercooked.I love the easy cleanup and cooking time.

    Good buy. I used 18 cups of uncooked rice with 1-2.5 cup water ratio and it was perfect. The color is pretty - a little visual break from the boring black or white colored rice cookers. Very esthetic
