    I bought two of my daughters "accessory" watches for Easter. This one, and another from the company on Amazon called Carlien. We had to remove some links and did the Carlien watch first. The tool provided bent and was unusable so we had to use the other watches provided tool to finish. It was frustrating to get the links apart for resizing, as it was moving out of the device that was to keep it secure. This watch, just by the feel of it, you could tell it was of better quality. The links came off very easily and the latch to is secure. It was almost difficult to get it to pop open because of h

    it’s very cute but i was taking the strap length off and the tool broke, and i wasn’t able to even get to wear it, immediately returning. Not worth the money.

    Cute but the links!!!

    It’s so pretty but it does run on the bigger side. Removing links is dang near impossible even with the tool given!Update: still can’t get the link pin out to adjust the size and the tool to help get the pin out broke. So now I can’t even get the pin out. 😬

    Watch is cute but that’s about all it has going for it. The links were terrible to take out. It’s a 2 person job. One person has to hold pressure on the watch band while another twists the top. Quality is meh.
