    So far, very good!

    So far it's really good! The USB (black ?) powered a USB 3 ethernet adapter, which workrd great. Wifi 6 tested at 250 plus! My Roku 4K stick tested 38 at same location, no comparison. Roku was a 2021 model. Newest Roku's specs are hard to decode the info, Wifi states "fast" ?

    allows me to watch 4K movies from a USB drive

    It works! For some reason when I plug my Samsung 2T hard drive into my Sony Bravia's USB port, videos are incredibly choppy and it seems the TV is trying to constantly access and buffer the file every 5-10 seconds.Now, when I plug that same Samsung hard drive into the Xiaomi box and connect the Xiaomi Box to my TV via HDMI, I am able to play the movies perfectly. No stuttering, the files are accessed instantly and everything is smooth. I downloaded the Kodi app which has the ability to play videos encoded in Dolby Vision. Not sure if the Xiaomi Box does that natively, I will try that next. VLC

    Good TV box for the money.

    I was kind of sceptical to purchase this box, I'm using Nvidia Shield Pro (very happy with it) and I needed another box for TV in kids room. Shield Pro was out of stock so took the risk and ordered Xiaomi TV Box 2nd Gen instead. It costs 1/3rd of Nvidia, has worse specs on paper... and it works exactly the same. We are using it to watch Netflix, Peacock, Prime and so on. Going through the menus is smooth, box is very responsive, and picture quality is great (I don't think TV box has any impact on picture quality anyways). For this price I'm very happy with the purchase.

    good but not for 4K

    all great unless you want to play 4K videos, seems like CPU is not powerful enough to handle it

    ¡Terrible sistema operativo!

    Muchas aplicaciones dejan de funcionar frecuentemente en éste dispositivo, sobre todo las que reproducen videos, es incomprensible que el el modelo anterior funcionen de maravilla mientras que en el nuevo no sirvan a pesar de ser aplicaciones modernas y con actualizaciones frecuentes y con pocas semanas de haber salido y que en los dispositivos móviles también funcionen...
