When they say flexible they mean flexible! Very nicely flexible yet durable cable with good shielding. Having a thinner cable is nice because it makes it easier to manage and deal with over a thicker less flexible and bulky cable for portable applications which is what i will be using this for. The length is nice and just a smidge over 5ft total length end to end including the connectors. Video and Audio quality over it are good and i expected nothing less from a well made cable and this one delivers for a fraction of the cost of larger brand names. At this length, no issue with loss of signal or compromise in data transmission. I'm not a techie, but I do know that slimmer, less expensive cables can have problems at longer lengths. These, of course, are short, and I haven't had any problems.I tend to be careful with my equipment--not overly anal retentive--but careful. I follow the rules when it comes to keeping things clean, not bending overly, etc...simple stuff--and haven't had any problems. These guys have never failed me on a gig. Take up much less room in my tech kit than the standard BNC video cable. Great for attaching monitors to camera via Decimator or BMD converters.

Listen, they're thin. They're not going to be as durable as Belken 1694a cable. But if what you need is something small and flexible, and you only need reasonable durability, this is great.I use this for Blackmagic switcher installations and my Sony FX6 to an Atomos Ninja, in the field.

These flat cables are great. Easy to deploy, easy to store and works as expected every time.
