    Needed this for a business setting which by law is required to have a security monitor for the business. Ordered it prime overnight and hooked it up right away the next day. Is easy to hook up and works great. Has an excellent display and the function buttons are easy to get through.

    Easy to Set Up, Good Customer Support

    A basic security monitor, easy to set up with good picture and audio quality. Note, the monitor has a built in power supply. This suggests it's overbuilt for 24/7 operation. I found the unit cool to the touch when checked. It came ready for VGA with cable included. The product information said it comes with an HDMI cable so I called customer support. They were very responsive and immediately sent the cable. I plugged it in, the monitor automatically switched from VGA to HDMI and all cameras popped up in the correct order. Be aware the monitor does not have a remote. Its been in use for over a

    Ordered this on Sept 30, 2023 and July 2026. I do not know why it didn't last for at least 3 years. Picture is ok, I use it specifically for my cameras, so hyper detail is not a hard requirement

    Great Image - read directions

    Easy to install - had to actually read the directors to change the input from default HDMI to the input needed. Little frustrating until I stopped and read the instructions. Monitor has good clarity and color retention. Using monitor for a stand alone analog cctv camera installation at garage entrance.
