2-Pack original Amaz247 remote for Roku 1, 2, 3, 4 (HD, LT, XS, XD), Roku Express, Roku Premiere, Roku Ultra

My roku remote had broke, so I needed to replace it, I bought from another company and they didn't work at all. I was hesitant to buy these ones, but to my surprise they worked perfectly, I put the batteries in and they were ready to go. The product arrived in good condition and looked well. I will buy these ones again if I ever need to.

I'm sure this item works as intended. However, Amazon incorrectly recommended this as a replacement item for a previous purchase that was no longer available. And it is not compatible with my device.

For the price I was not expecting 2 perfect remotes. Alas to my enjoyment they were awesome. They work great. They also look and feel like the origonal remotes! Thank you!

The remotes arrived promptly and in good condition. They have certainly improved my access to viewing as the originals were quite worn out and causing some problems. A good investment as I needed two new remotes. Just add batteries and happy 'clicking'. P.S. 'clicking' is a technical word used by some hopelessly un- technical people.

These remotes are extremely poor quality. They do not work for Roku 3's without going through a Google assisted reboot of the Roku. They also do not have a volume button or voice recognition like the original remote. The remote only works about 50% of the time. Save time & the hassle of returns and buy a quality remote.

Update on previous. I got the new remote and it works great. Sometimes things are faulty but one bad apple doesn't ruin the whole bunch. The replacement connected right away to my roku. Very happy with the device and the seller.

Put batteries in and worked great. Great replacement. My only complaint would be that it doesn’t have quite the range my original remote did, but that’s not a huge issue.

Seller is good and merchandise package came undamaged. They even responded quickly when I decided to return the item. Two issues I observed:1. The remote range is not high. One need to really point to roku to get it working.2. Volume button is missing. If you have used roku remotes you must have known that on side of remote there is volume button. Without that, I have to always use TV remote to change volume which to me should be within this remote.I will be looking at some other version of this remote from the seller.
