I love these headbands. I actually use mine as blindfolds and listen to 8, 10, or even 12 hours of white noise on Spotify with no issues, batteries actually continue long after that.I actually figured out how to wash mine, one thing I did notice was that the stretch in the elastic would loosen over time. I bought this to replace my previous one that I received as a gift and misplaced. This audio quality is great. The frabic is nice and soft. One surprise thing for me is I can talk on the phone. It was listed but did not realized because I was looking for a headband with speaker. The addition plus for me is this can be washed.

I love this headband. It's a little big or stretched for my head. I would like it to fit tighter. But the headband is great. The battery is long lasting and the sound is clear. I use it listen to the sound of rain or nature for sleeping. I would purchase it again.

Not a very good first impression. There is virtually no instruction for setup. No explanation as to what the buttons do. No word for even the most basic need: how to turn it off or on. Or how to tell if it’s already off or on.The speakers are locked in and cannot be moved or adjusted. They are “almost right” but do not quite sit properly over my ears.The band does fit my rather large head snuggly but comfortably and I do think it will remain in place while sleeping.It paired quickly and easily. I tried a number of solutions for headphones I could comfortably wear in bed. I have limited time for listening to podcasts so I like to listen as I fall asleep. This works good, connects easily and has good sound quality. It stays charged for a long time. Great for listening to music or a podcast while cleaning house and doing yard work it is also comfortable to sleep in while listening to sleep meditations. I subtracted one star because my head gets hot in it, but that could be a ME thing. Earphones tend to be uncomfortable or fall out for me, so this has been a good alternative.
