After having recent issues sleeping after coming off of sleep medication, I've been on a hunt for headphones I can wear to sleep so I can play music or the new theta/delta sleep sounds to try and calm my monkey brain. At first I tried the small earbuds designed for sleeping but being a side sleeper I couldn't find any that didn't end up hurting after a while which ended up waking me up which defeated the purpose. These headphones are a total game changer. They charge quickly, but need to be charged approx every other day. The headband is not adjustable, but it fits my adult head just fine though it does slip a little in the night. The buttons are easy to work and find and the headphones that are built in are very comfortable. This headband seems to be great quality and I think it will hold up with nightly use for a long time. It uses a Bluetooth connection so you can listen to anything you like and the volume truly goes high enough to drown out sounds and help you sleep through the night.

For the price it's truly surprising how well these work, and the battery life is excellent. These aren't something to get for high sound quality, but still it sounds surprisingly good. Very comfy too and easy to sleep with it on.

The first time I bought this product, it came with a "lifetime" warranty, but it was SO good & lasted a long time, 3-4 years, before it refused to hold a charge so I didn't complain & just bought a new one. The 2nd one barely lasted a year & now it's virtually useless for more than an hour. Still, it's got so many other good qualities and is inexpensive enough that I'm still not complaining too much, but it is disappointing because others I've purchased are not nearly as comfortable, etc., and I don't WANT to switch to a similar product. I have been using these for sleep to play nature sounds so that I don’t disturb others who live in my building. They’re really comfortable to wear and paired easily to my phone. The charging cable tucks into headband and I don’t feel it while laying down, which is nice. The buttons are very responsive. I love the price and really glad I bought these compared to others I was looking at tbh.

UPDATED: At the time of purchase, the battery lasted at least two and sometimes three nights on one charge. Nine (9) months later, the charge doesn't even last the night. The battery dies at ~5 hours.I didn't expect that a rechargeable battery would last forever, but I did expect that it would be over 50% less effective in less than a year.Additionally, the band has really lost it's shape.
