The camera works very well and the image quality is quite clear. Installation was simple, and the wireless connection makes it easy to place wherever it's needed most. I like being able to monitor the area and receive alerts when it detects movement. So far, it has worked perfectly and meets my expectations. A good option for improving home security.

The camera is great. The VicoHome app.... Not so much. I should preface this by saying I refuse to subscribe to the cloud service for the app. That said, the camera works fine with the app and does record still shots of motion sensing events, however it does not give you any ability to play the recorded videos without a cloud subscription. I thought that adding an SD storage card might give me that ability to play recorded events - NOPE... It's useless. It still doesn't save those events. I’m very pleased with this security camera. The 2K picture quality is clear and detailed, and I love the convenience of having a wireless, battery-powered setup. It was easy to place where needed without worrying about running cables, and it’s a great addition for keeping an eye on things around the home.I bought this to scare off bears or other wild animals in the night. The siren and flashing lights are great. I've had this for...a year and a half. Battery life is pretty solid. Camera quality is good enough, sound is pretty good. Range for picking up wifi is pretty good. It functions and is right at the outer range of what I have at home. I haven't tested out much of the bells and whistles though, but seems like they should all work. The only thing I am not big on is that there will be times when it just acts like something is there and I have no idea if it's a shadow with the wind, if it's that tree branch over there, if some squirrel is lurking and trying to be sneaky. I have questions on several things. Sent them in using the camera app and have had no response. I tried the 800 number on the back of the directions and received a text that I would be called right back. I have had no response on any of the inquiries. The promise I would be called right back has been lingering for over one week. Even the chat bot says, not online now. I’m glad a decided to buy this surveillance camaras. I’m using them to monitor my dogs whelping box. Great quality, clarity, day and night vision. Great camaras! I definitely recommend them.

I mostly like this camera, but it does have one quirk that I don't care for. I have it mounted on our no outlet street and the pictures it takes are fairly clear and itis easy to tell whose car is whose. But frequently, I will see a car leaving, but never got a notice that it arrived. For instance, today I got notice of activity and saw a State Police car leaving our road, but the camera never picked up their arrival down our street. There is only one way in and out of our road so somehow the camera missed it. Wish I knew the solution to this problem.
