Outstanding customer support
I purchased this item and installed all the cameras before testing the NVR. Once everything was installed and powered up I was having issues with the NVR powering on and off. I reached out to customer support from the seller. Steven from support reached out immediately. We troubleshooted all the options and was not able to get the NVR working properly. Steven went above and beyond to help correct the issue. I removed the pre installed internal hard drive and everything was working properly. Steven told me to order a new internal hard drive and email him a copy of the Amazon order invoice and t
