I first bought the Eufy robot vacuum mop and OMG I love it works great user friendly and customer service was top notch I had a issue with it and only had to email them and they resolved the issue quickly and conveniently. After extensive research and wanting to set up my first ever home security camera system, I found what I believe to be is the best one, which is this Eufy 4K NVR system. I bought this along with the additional two-pack of S4 Max cameras for a total of six cameras. It's defective. The unit appears to have some POE issues.First, let's talk about their customer support. My initial impressions are awful. They have opted to use AI to waste our time when we call. When it finally decides it can't help, it'll try and fail to transfer you to a person. Then it tells you to call back in a few hours. When I asked for a callback or to wait on hold, it told me those services weren't available. That's not true. Love this Eufy set-up. The set up was easy and the cameras are phenomenal. The app used to controll everything is easy to use unlike my previous system. I love having two separate cameras, one that detects and one that follows objects. The AI identification is nice and like anything new needs to be tweaked.

I wouldn’t recommend these camera or anything that is made by Eufy. I bought these cameras because the reviews were good like how I could get my whole property covered. Well I’ve had these cameras up for about 3 months now and 2 of them stop working. The ptz cameras stop working and just sake and I get no connection through the app. No big deal there under warranty so I’ll call eufy support. I can’t say enough good things about this company and product. After years of research, I always landed back to Eufy. The product just works and the dual camera is amazing.One of my favorite features is that you can set a default view for the bottom camera so if the camera on the bottom ever moves because of activity somewhere else, once the activity is over, it will eventually return to its original position so because of that each camera really is essentially two of them. Being on my 5th security system because of better equipment upgrades, such as bnc to poe,1080p to 2k to 4k cameras, This is it. The AI is really really good, follows people, animals on all of my property. The color night vision is my best so far, although I have street and alley lights. The camera picture clarity is spectacular. Eufys setup took a day for me to find all the fine tuning I needed being not used to thier format.
