The POE NVR box seems to have gone bad. My system has been offline for 2 months now. The cameras are working perfectly, but the system is not receiving a signal. I cannot record, playback, or access the cameras remotely via the app. We've tried everything we know to fix the problem but no luck. Too bad. I really like the system. Better instructions might help. I have to sit in front of the monitor and watch the live cameras to know what's going on around my home. That defeats the purpose of 24/7 monitoring. I finally gave in and went back to Ring cameras and have had ZERO problems.

This system has replaced my six or seven year old Zosi 4 CCTV camera DVR system that was still working but unfortunately Zosi had shut down the server for. The Zosi app no longer works for viewing remotely from an android device.I was able to connect the new ethernet cables to the old RCA/power cables for the CCTV cameras and pull them through so the installation, while still pretty involved, wasn't too bad.
