2/22/26It was definitely my router causing the issue! If you live in a wifi congested area i.e. apartments or tightly packed houses or if you're just experiencing connection issues I can say it is likely your router. I had the Gryphon routers and upgraded to the newest Gryphon AX router and it solved my connection issues with the Eufy cameras. They now connect fast and stay online. These things are amazing. So far the batteries stay fully charged and at night they do drain but it's nothing too crazy.The customization for the motion sensors are amazing. I have it pick up anything on my property and at my mail box.The field of view on the stationary camera is awesome so you can see the whole picture.Some reviews said they had issues with connectivity and I haven't had that problem and all 4 cameras are up and running.I did not use the normal screw in the wall mounting I got vinyl siding attachment that doesn't drill into the wall.Love everything about the cameras no issues

So, here’s my short experience with eufy.Cameras were extremely easy to set up and mount. Absolutely no issues with that.I had ring cameras, and wanted to switch, but I quickly came back.The ring camera has a wider picture. UPDATE - 2026-03-13 The issues previously stated in my review have been cleared up thanks to Eufy's great customer service. Long story short, after talking with Carla from Eufy they offered to replace the unit. The replacement is working without incident. I also added the Eufy WiFi Repeater and that seems to have sped up overall response time for my cameras when I use the Eufy app. I'm very pleased with how this has turned out. Buy something else. While the camera’s functionality is commendable, the accompanying app exhibits significant shortcomings. Notably, every setting adjustment, excluding the modification of Wi-Fi connections, necessitates the use of the application which is fine. The primary issue with the application is its intermittent disconnection from the camera, the home base, and essentially all Eufy devices. It is so slow it's painful. I was very intrigued by these cameras but I have to say I am very happy with the purchase. The video quality is good the battery life so far seems good with the solar mount. Connectivity could be faster but it loads up pretty fast. The set up was very easy as well. Do be warned that for some reason until you connect/activate them they seem to not charge. I tried to pre charge 3 before setting them up 1 by one and noticed after the first one that the rest did not charge at all despite being on a charger for a whole day. I really love the moveable camera portion definitely enhances security.
