Not working after two days customer service not available
OK, where do I start? I’ve had it for two days now set up first day no problem. Today when I went to look at my video recordings, and by the way, I use the SD card. All of the pictures are there at the bottom of the screen, but when I click on them to watch the actual video, all I get is a blank screen. Nothing even progresses forward it just does absolutely nothing just a black screen. That being said I have contacted their customer service which claims. that they reply immediately. Not 100% happy
The camera has a good view. However, it it limited to how far it will pick up motion. Also the video’s only go to the cloud (which you need to buy a service for) and not saving to the SD card. Customer service is slow to respond and does not supply accurate help to my questions. Night vision is horrible if there are no lights in the area. If I manually make a video it will save to my photos.I did not have to mount it to a window as my window ledge was at a sufficient height. Looks like the mounting would be easy. I ‘ve had it for a week now. I might change my review if I can get the videos to
