Pretty happy with this camera. I had no place to install a conventional camera since there was no power outlet close and I wanted also to be low profile. This one is perfect as I can monitor the outside of my apartment from the window and is 100% wireless. It's very easy to set up, the battery seems to last very long time, incredible night vision and connected to my WiFi with no issues. The app is also very easy to use and navigate to access the camera live view.

The set up was very easy. Picture quality is excellent. That's where it ends. After 2 days of use problems started but I was able to contact support and this issue was solved. Today he camera works, however unable to get into settings. when you click on that a blank white screen comes up. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app a few times with no change. Tried resetting the device to no avail. I have been trying to reach customer support for hours, call just keeps dropping. I have emailed them also but no answer. Great addition to our other cameras .. the battery is the only issue . We just have to keep it plugged in and it works great.

Setup is easy and camera video is clear however the mounting is flimsy it’s some clear static film you attach to your window and then attach the camera support, my camera stayed mounted for maybe 5-10 minutes and fell off the window on to the floor, I tried twice and both times it became unattached it’s too bad as I liked the camera but it did me no good not staying put on the window so I returned it and looked at other cameras

I have read the reviews from others not understanding why they say that’s a great security camera. I only had this security camera a couple days. Maybe I’m reviewing too early but I have multiple cameras. That’s 2K and the quality is so much better than Cinmoore security camera. I don’t want to stick it permanently to my window so I tear half off, this camera is really too heavy and get this. There’s no sound no two way talk at least not on my camera , but before I decide to return it, I’ll keep it for a while and make sure I’m not writing a false review

After the first ten days now the app has glitches. The screen goes completely white when I try to open the settings. Tried different suggestions and resetting the camera and nothing has resolved the issue yet. Don’t recommend purchasing this product!
