Easy to set up, the image quality is clear, and you get pretty good value. However, these cameras are plastic, and as such, I have to deduct one star. I don't love the idea of security equipment being plastic, as it can be tampered with. If you put them high enough, it won't be an issue. And this thing comes with everything you need to get going. DVR, cameras, and cable, right out of the box. Though I cannot promise China is or isn't spying on you.

Nice starter home security system from Anlapus.Set contains 4 Dome Style cameras but can be expanded up to 8 cameras in total.The cameras are best mounted indoors due to their design, but are rated for outdoor use as well. We prefer regular style cameras outside and use this style indoor around our farm.The recorder is easy to set up and their app works well.Does not have Pan / tilt / Zoom control capabilities for older wired cameras, not sure if it can be used with IP cameras either.Overall, great simple started security system for home, easy to follow instructions, good hard drive with plent
