I have used this company's products in the past and was happy with them. However, not so much now. The cameras have a voice recording option for the alarm. That is until you add them to the NVR then, that option is no longer available. Their tech support was worthless in helping to resolve this. All they would say is "we will consider fixing that in the future." They change the camera software as soon as you use their on-screen QR. If you want the option to set a voice message to any of the cameras, don't use their QR code once you have added any cameras. My system came with 4 cameras already

I bought 3 more 4k WiFi cameras to tge NVR now 9 channels. Very good customer service, always reply regardless. Very stable and WiFi signals. Very reasonable price. I may add more cameras to my 16 channel NVR.
