You just have to find your own “SWEET SPOT” settings, when testing it out as to the location you install it, which can potentially take patience. Once you do it works fine. So far it seems to be very capable but some features are not as user-friendly as my old Ring system; for instance, reviewing recorded events was easier on the Ring. One of the primary reasons I picked this system was its internal storage (sometimes called local storage). After some difficulty getting the microSD card to work, it does appear to be working now. Wow, I am impressed so far! This video of the cute feline was taken while I was fast asleep, the camera itself is tracking the cat. I blacked out the areas for privacy. If you notice the cat doesn’t even hear the camera moving, it’s extremely quiet. I have watched it track me and I also do not hear anything and you can also hardly tell it’s moving unless you know about it and are staring it it!! These Eufy cameras are very well built, they perform as they should, (minus some hiccups every now and then, although I attribute this to software issues), however do wait for sales on them. We have been using Moto cameras for a few years and we’re not happy with them because they missed a lot of things and sometimes didn’t work. I've had my eufy S330 floodlight cam for almost three years. It's been working extremely well and I have no particular complaints about it.
