Within the last 6 months I've had nothing but issues with eufys software and specifically the homebase 3. I don't think the hardware in this is capable of handling what the software is trying to get out of it. Happy with the homebase paired with my eufy e340. I had a problem with the base failing to record after several days. This turned out to be caused by overheating from the laptop hdd i had added to the base. The laptop hdd was too hot to touch when i removed it from the base. Once i replaced the hdd with an ssd the base has been working flawlessly. Its a shame because the instructions specifically say a hdd is ok to use. But in my case it was too hot. Overall i am happy with the performance after i have upgraded it to the ssd.
