Ordered 4 cameras. 2 cameras would not connect to their (Vosker) network out of the box, another failed 2 weeks later with same issue. They did replace the 3 cameras for free and replacements so far are functioning. After the first month of service the CC saved on their site to pay the required monthly service failed and all the cameras then ceased to function. Same CC that was successful on the initial purchase of service. CC and CC company were not the problem, verified with VISA. VISA assured me it was on their (Voskers) end. I’ve been really impressed with the VOSKER VKX so far. Setup was simple, the app is easy to use, and the picture quality has been great both during the day and at night. The solar panel and battery setup is a big plus since I can put the camera out and not constantly worry about checking batteries. Cell reception and photo transmission have also been reliable where I’m using it. Overall, it feels well built and has been a dependable camera. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid cellular security camera.

This camera was very easy to set up and worked GREAT for about the first week. Unfortunately, after that it began experiencing what appears to be a very common issue: it suddenly stops transmitting pictures and the only way to get it working again is to physically reset the camera.In our case, that means driving out to the property with a ladder, removing the camera from the mount, and manually resetting it — obviously not practical for a remote security camera. You cannot pause detection during daytime hours over consecutive days!!!! If you want detection overnight their start/stop clock is 12am and you cannot have notifications split up during one day.This defeats the purpose of why we purchased. Now we have to get movement notifications during normal work hours and it just means getting 1 million notifications per day
