We bought the 4 camera package to replace existing trail cameras at our cabin and are glad we did. The installation was straightforward and painless and the app is easy to use, even for us old folks. No subscription is a major plus. We had a question concerning one of the cameras during the installation and were able to get an answer quickly through customer support. I recently purchased the ANSQUE 4 cameras kit due to some unfortunate neighborhood activities. The cameras arrived in excellent condition and the packaging was some of the best I've seen. Unpacking the cameras was easy, although, the soft foam packaging was so good, it took some effort to get them out, however; that was not a bad thing!After reviewing the instructions, I would recommend watching the videos. I recently purchased this system after my existing cameras (screw-in light-bulb form factor) were rendered useless thanks to crippling adware from the manufacturer. I purchased this system three months before installing because I expected the installation to take all day. I kept looking at the box and thinking maybe I will have time next week. I found that the ANSQUE set-up was easy with the app. I bought the 2 camera with a base set-up and everything connected the first time. I have only had the system for a week and really surprised how little power that is needed from the solar panels and also how quickly the camera will charge to 100%. I did have a couple of minor questions for the Customer Service team, and they were very responsive and quickly resolved. The clarity of the cameras is excellent day and at night.
