Reviews stated that people weren’t getting picture. Basically I replaced the power supply and the cord as soon as I got the unit so I would have no power issue with that. I plugged it in using my fire stick my Xbox one my computer my Nintendo switch and my PS4 and have never had a problem using auto switching. So far I'm very happy with it. Some units of this type are picky about the type or grade of the HDMI cable you use but not this one. Some have picture quality issues. This one doesn't have either problem. It accepted all cables I attached to it and I have not noticed any picture quality degradation compared to a direct connection. I have a PS3 and PS4, XBox 360 and XBox One hooked up to it and they all work well. When I turn on one of them this unit automatically switches to its input source. The inputs are numbered and the current input number is shown in red digits on the front of the unit.

Great little switcher for the price. I have a switch, Blu-ray player, ps4, and Apple TV box hooked up. There is a 2-3 second delay when switching sources but that is not bad.I have 2 small issues with it so far1. The remote doesn’t respond sometimes. I have held the remote about a foot away and had to push the desired source button 3-5 times for it to switch. I have never been able to use the remote farther than about a foot away. I have purchased several of these for around the house and they all are working perfectly. Super great for mounted TVs. You only have to run one hdmi cord through the wall to your tv!The picture quality seems unchanged from plugging in hdmi cables directly to the tv which is good.The little controller included is a nice touch. Just what I needed to turn a two hdmi port tv into a six port powerhouse. I can now switch easily between the DVD player, Blue Ray, wii and Prime video. Easy to install and use. You do need to purchase a double ended HDMI cord to connect the box to the TV. It doesn’t come with the unit. I had one on hand in my cord bucket so no problem for me. Was very happy with this for about 3 days. Then the picture kept skipping on every hdmi selection. I changed cables, unplugged a few, nothing. Just doesn't work well. Disappointed.

I have a Samsung TV with only 3 HDMI ports, and this looked like the perfect solution to be able to hook up all of my gadgets. I've been using the box for a few months now, and these are my observations:1) Excellent design. The box is small and relatively easy to understand.
