This does exactly what I needed it to do.While I was waiting for it to arrive, I was hoping that my LG TVs power cord would fit into it, and that its power out would fit into my TV (not sure how standardized these things are these days). Yes! All is good. Now I don't have to manually switch my Fire TV Stick and Chromecast between my TVs one underpowered USB port. It also appears that my streaming quality has improved, perhaps the extra oomph of these powered USB ports is a side benefit.

I'll start off with the fact that I use this for Amazon fire stick gaming. My laptop isn't working so I'm relying on other things and this gives your fire stick or other accessories enough voltage not to shut down or restart. You can add storage to a fire stick or other streaming device. As there are three USB slots you can add storage, keyboards and mice, or any other USB device. You also have a 10/100 Ethernet via RJ-45 jack. I do like how it was designed, the cords are long enough to where you aren't limited to how you plug them in. I'm taking one star down because there is an obnoxious fla
