Perfect for the HD user, even works without a TV, as long as you have HDMI connectivity. You will need to provide your own power adapter if your device of choice doesn't have a spare USB port for power. FYI, the manual states that you need a 5 Watt power adapter. I purchased this for an older tv in my home gym and it works great! Setting it up was super easy and quick! I was able to add all my favorite streaming apps with no problem and the remote works with my older tv!

Best Fire Stick I've ever owned and I've had several. Bought a new large screen 4K/Atmos TV for our new house, but there are only two electric plugs behind it and one is needed for the TV and one is for soundbar. So this little gadget was perfect for me because it came with a USB power adapter (and USB extender) that plugged right into the USB outlet of the TV eliminating the need for another power cord or power strip. A great purchase.I bought it to turn my TV into a Smart TV, and I’m quite happy with the result. Installation was simple, and the Alexa voice control is very convenient. It runs fast, the picture quality is good, and I can easily access my streaming apps. Plus, I got it at a great price. It has worked perfectly so far, and I recommend it.

It’s an excellent little gadget – small but very practical. It’s definitely worth it. I’m giving it 4 stars because I found it a bit tricky to get it working at first – I didn’t quite understand how to do it. But once you’ve got it sorted, everything works brilliantly. You can enjoy your programmes in full HD – it works a treat.

Works as promised. Plug it in an HDMI port on your dumb TV (or smart if you want backup) and off you go! It’s a bit of a fat boy so may need a short extension cable for tight space.

Works great but I miss some of the functionality of the older model it replaced. Connectivity, picture and sound are fine. Sadly the option to even out the volume and boost dialogue has been removed so keep the remote handy if you don’t like loud scenes and commercials and hard to hear dialogue. Also disappointing is they removed most of the free apps I had on my old Firestick. You can usually find the same content using the browser but far more time consuming.
