I write a lot of reviews and I give credit where credit is due. For an inexpensive headset, this one has by far exceeded my expectations.First off, it is very comfortable to wear for an extended period of time. It is not noise cancelling.

These sound surprisingly good. People on the other end of calls often comment on how good I sound. The only thing that bothered me was that when you move your head, the cord moving around is quite loud while wearing the headphones. It doesn't drown anything out but it is noticeable. They are comfortable for me even after wearing for an hour+. Overall, they are way better than the price would indicate.

I bought two USB-C headsets from "name brand" manufacturers in the past two weeks, and was disappointed with both. They were cheaply made, and at least one set didn't work properly.These (AOC) aren't a premium build, but they're great for the price, and work well. The boom mic is handy in case I need them for video calls. But most of all I appreciate that these are over-ear headphones with good sound quality. Purchased because previous one did not work. I actually like that the volume is on the headphones, I'm less likely to bump it with my elbow. the adapter is really nice so it can be a USB or C plug. Ear pieces are nice and don't make my ears itch like some foam headphones do. Only note is that I would like it if the plug was a little longer.

The headset sounds good, and the noise cancellation also seems to work well. Unfortunately, the microphone design is a major flaw. The microphone arm can be moved up and down, but it does not stay in the position where I place it. Instead of remaining next to my mouth, it gradually slides downward until it is below my mouth. This makes the microphone uncomfortable and less practical to use. I am not sure whether this is a design defect or whether my unit is faulty, but a headset at this price should have a microphone arm that stays securely in place.
